Placing an Order

When placing an order, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including photographs, names, spelling, addresses and any other personalisation details.

Please carefully check all information before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to contact you if clarification is needed before your order can be produced.

Customer Images and Content

By uploading or providing an image for your order, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use and reproduce that image for the purpose of creating your personalised product.

We use customer-provided images only as necessary to fulfil the order, unless we have separately obtained permission to use an image for marketing purposes.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

Personalised Products and Cancellations

Because personalised products are made specifically for each customer, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
