At Gift Memories, we do our best to prepare and dispatch your products carefully and within the estimated times provided at checkout.

Order Processing

Personalised products are made to order. Orders are normally prepared within 2–3 business days before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

UK Delivery

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery: £3.99
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Express Delivery: £6.99
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Free Delivery:
Available on orders of £35 or more.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal service delays, busy periods or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to the customer after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at checkout.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer, we may contact the customer to arrange a new delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
